ExploreAbility offers individualized and group training designed to strengthen teams, deepen understanding, and build inclusive workplaces. We bring people together around a shared vision—one that values empathy, accessibility, and the strengths each team member contributes. Our training has a unique focus on inclusion. ExploreAbility provides the tools, language, and practical strategies that help teams understand one another and work cohesively.
We offer workshops on:
• Neurodivergent awareness and accommodation — Many workplaces want to support neurodivergent employees but lack clear tools. Our sessions provide practical, evidence-informed strategies to build understanding, reduce barriers, and enhance employee success.
• AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) training — Ontario requires organizations with 10 or more employees to ensure staff are trained in AODA standards. We go beyond compliance, helping teams move from legislation to meaningful, everyday application that enhances accessibility for everyone.Whether you need a single workshop or a full training series, ExploreAbility will collaborate with you to design sessions that meet your goals and support your team.
